What makes a fintech conference truly international? Above all — the quality and diversity of its speakers.

We are pleased to announce that Zdeněk Tůma, former Governor of the Czech National Bank, will be speaking at the Fintech Conference: Payments, FX and Digital Assets, which will take place on 26 February at the InterContinental Mauritius.

Zdeněk Tůma is a highly respected economist with extensive experience in central banking, monetary policy and financial markets. He served as Governor of the Czech National Bank from 2000 to 2010, during a pivotal period that included the Czech Republic’s integration into European and global financial systems. During his tenure, he represented the country in international institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), and was a member of the General Council of the European System of Central Banks.

It further reinforces the conference’s growing reputation as a high-quality fintech event in Mauritius, connecting local and international perspectives.
