We are hiring a Head of Cyprus Market (International Markets)

MAGMA Finance is a fast-growing international fintech company delivering secure and scalable payment solutions worldwide. As part of our continued global expansion, we are opening a new strategic role in Cyprus — a key market for our international operations.

Location: Cyprus (on-site work required)

Remuneration: €3,000/month

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious and friendly team where your experience will directly influence our expansion strategy and strengthen MAGMA's presence in new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop long-term partnerships with local registration agencies and companies in Cyprus, and subsequently in Malta, Hong Kong, and India.
• Build strong relationships with local partners who have experience working with banks and the financial sector, including those who have previously worked with large clients.
• Manage the onboarding and support processes for corporate clients at MAGMA Finance

Requirements

• Residence and ability to work in Cyprus is required.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in corporate registration, jurisdictional consulting, or banking support.
• Established connections with local registration agencies in Cyprus and an understanding of the local business culture.
• Previous experience working in Cyprus and the ability to work effectively with clients and international banking structures.
• Banking experience or experience working with financial institutions is a plus.
